Welcome to Fall 2019! This blog is to offer support for faculty teaching online, partially online and/or face-to-face courses integrated with technology. Every week we'll share tips and resources to help each other. We welcome guest bloggers and look forward to hearing about all the great things happening online at Miramar!
Thank You!
First, a big shout out to Rechelle Mojica, who has been the Chair of the Distance Education Commitee for over ten years, and our Online Teaching Mentor for over seven years! Thank you Rechelle, for all your hard work and support for distance education at Miramar.

Welcome!
Cheryl Reed, Distance Education Chair, and Denise Maduli-Williams, Online Teaching Mentor, will be working together to fill Rechelle's shoes.
Cheryl Reed |
Cheryl Reed actually enjoys teaching on Canvas, and has the technical support line hours to prove it. If she doesn’t know something, she stays on hold until she finds out. Like Denise, she worked the Canvas pilot and teaches English online. She is the incoming chair of the Distance Education Committee. (Email: creed@sdccd.edu)
